Please read before scheduling an appointment!


We have a 15 minute grace period.  Let us know ahead of time if you will be running late as we may have to reschedule your appointment and/or omit services depending on the following appointments scheduled for the day.  Be respectful and understand that if you are late it throws our day and our guest's day off as well.


We run a 24 hour cancellation policy.  We will ask for a valid credit card number to have on file before you can book again in the future.  If our cancellation policy has been violated more than once we will charge 50% of the services scheduled.


No shows will NOT be tolerated.  No shows will be charged up to 100% of the service(s) scheduled before they can book another appointment.  Multiple no shows will lead to the guest being blocked from booking any future appointments.
