Cancellation Policy

Before scheduling an appointment, please take a moment to review our policy:

We have a 15-minute grace period for appointments. If you anticipate running late, kindly inform us in advance. Depending on our schedule, we may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust the services provided.

We operate under a 24-hour cancellation policy. To ensure future bookings, we require a 50% nonrefundable deposit if this policy is violated. Violating our cancellation policy multiple times will result in a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled services and/or blocking future services.

 No shows will not be tolerated. Failure to show up for an appointment will result in a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service(s) before another appointment can be booked. Repeated no shows will result in the guest being blocked from future bookings.
